  The personal data communicated by the questionnaire being filled-in will be handled by Design d’Autore srl, with registered office at Via della Resistenza, 61030 Calcinelli di Saltara (PU), so as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the selfsame data, in compliance with the provisions of the Code on the subject of personal data protection (Leg. Dec. 196/2003). The treatment will take place by means of consultation and processing both in the hard-copy and the information technology modalities, whose access is limited to the appointed persons identified by the owner of the treatment. Data shall be processed during the requested service and, successively, for the supply of analogous services as the possibility of requesting the cancellation following the indicated procedure is kept. The permission for personal data processing is granted with registration. If permission is not granted, registration for service shall not be possible.
